A hardware token is used to provide a second form of authentication for two-step verification in order to login to WLU resources.

Hardware tokens that are lost, stolen or damaged can be replaced at a cost of $22.00 by submitting the order form below. A notification will be sent out when the hardware token has been shipped. 

An alternative method to the hardware token is the Microsoft Authenticator App. The Microsoft Authenticator App is available free of charge for both Apple and Android mobile devices.
