Third-Party Education Verification

Purpose: For third parties or organizations requiring confirmation on previous student enrolment or credentials. This form is not intended for current or former student use.

Traditionally we ask that organizations and employers use AuraData. This is an information repository to confirm the education claims or professional designations of an individual that has graduated from any Canadian University, College and/or Professional Association. This system is not for individuals to confirm their own graduation. Laurier requests that third-party agencies obtain this information by visiting the AuraData website.

If your organization has not found a record on AuraData (i.e. student did not graduate, error in the record, etc.) and has consent from the student, please complete the request below to have verification e-mailed to your organization directly. Processing time will be 3-5 business days from submission.

NOTES:
We are unable to provide any information regarding grades or GPA. If this information is required, students have access to an 'Unofficial Record of Work' or an 'Official Transcript'. Students can reach out to Service Laurier directly if they require support accessing these documents.
