Important Notes

• This request is for undergraduate students only. Graduate students can request a letter from the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
• Students who require a letter are encouraged to use the free Verification of Enrollment (VOE) on LORIS. A PDF will be generated in the browser and can be saved or printed. Alternatively, students can submit their letter request.
• Documents will not be produced with a hold. Holds can be viewed by logging into LORIS > Student Services > Open Student Dashboard > Student Accounts > Holds. Once the hold is removed, account holders may proceed with their request.
• Processing time: Requests are processed in receipt order: 4 business days, up to 7 business days during peak times. Specialized letters (I.e., degree requirements have been met or QECO letters) cannot be expediated and can take up to three weeks to produce.
• Charge: $17.00 (includes standard mail)
• Laurier will not email official documents directly to a student or alumni. We are only permitted to send documents to a verified institution/organization.

Please ensure LORIS reflects your most up-to-date registration before submitting a request, including your enrolment in either part-time or full-time studies.
